Shipping Policies

Lines Furniture, custom, made-to-order, or drop ship nature of many of our products, shipping times will vary. In Stock, items have a 30-40 day handling time. The size and material of a good will determine the type of transport.

Expedited Shipping is 20-25 days. Standard Shipping is typically 30-45 days. Fright and shipping will be provided in Egypt and will be shipped and delivered every Friday to the delivery address. Made to Order Goods have a fabrication time of 2-12 weeks. It is advised to contact Lines Furniture for current lead times and shipping estimates.   • 2.) WE USE ONLY TRUSTED CARRIERS WHEN WE SHIP OUR LUXURY GOODS, HOWEVER, ISSUES CAN ARISE FROM TIME TO TIME, DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS. 
  • 3.) LINES FURNITURE SHIPS FOB-ORIGIN ONLY. THE CUSTOMER TAKES OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS IMMEDIATELY UPON PICK UP OF THE GOODS BY THE CARRIER/SHIPPER. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY AND RISK OF THE GOODS DURING THE SHIPMENT. LINES FURNITURE IS RELEASED FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, RISK, AND/OR DAMAGES IN REGARDS TO THE GOODS AS SOON AS PICK UP IS MADE BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY, REGARDLESS OF WHO CONTRACTED THE SHIPPING COMPANY TRANSPORTING THE GOODS.
  • 4.) LINES FURNITURE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND/OR LIABLE FOR DAMAGE DONE IN SHIPPING. IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND RECEIVE RE-REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY FOR ANY LOSS.
  • 5.)  DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF SHIPPED ORDERS. FAILURE TO REPORT DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY TO LINES FURNITURE AND THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL FORFEIT ANY POTENTIAL REPLACEMENT. IT IS AT LINES FURNITURE’S DISCRETION WHETHER OR NOT A REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE.
  • 6.) IN THE CASE OF A DAMAGED SHIPMENT DELIVERED, LINES FURNITURE WILL AID IN FILING A CLAIM ON THE BUYER’S BEHALF ONLY IF AN INSURANCE POLICY WAS REQUESTED AND PURCHASED BY THE CUSTOMER AND MUST BE LISTED ON THE INVOICE. FILING A CLAIM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE INSURANCE COMPANIES PAYMENT OF THAT CLAIM. IF THE CLAIM IS APPROVED, THE BUYER WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, RECEIVE A MONETARY REFUND. IT IS ONLY AT LINES FURNITURE’S DISCRETION WHETHER OR NOT A  REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE AND/OR ISSUED. LINES FURNITURE INC CAN DENY A REPLACEMENT FOR ANY REASON. IF LINES FURNITURE APPROVES A REPLACEMENT, ALL SHIPPING COSTS RELATED TO THE REPLACEMENT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THE REPLACEMENT AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL IN ORDER FOR THE REPLACEMENT TO SHIP. LINES FURNITURE AND ITS OWNERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ISSUE OR DENY A REPLACEMENT FOR ANY REASON.

Deposit and Cash return

You can as to return your cash back or deposit under the following conditions:

  1. Before 7 days from invoice date.
  2. You cannot return your full deposit if we proceed with your order and start production or product customization.
  3. Your deposit is caused to be charged for any material or equipment purchased for your order.

Refund and Returns Policy

You can return and exchange products within 14 days from the invoice date, all you have to do is call us on the hotline at +201096960192.

What will you need?

The original purchase invoice and the original packaging of the product are required for all returns and exchanges. We refund the money in the same way as the original payment method. In the case of credit card payments, we are not responsible for any bank charges that may be deducted by the bank.

For example, purchases made using credit cards will be refunded to the same card account.

The following purchases cannot be returned

1. Products that have been ordered specially and tailored for you.
2. Products that have been assembled or installed.
3. Accessories, bedspreads, and mattresses after removing their packaging cover.
4. Products purchased from display in showrooms with the same condition.


These conditions do not apply to products that have been damaged during transportation and loading or in the event of a defect in the product, we accept their return and replacement provided that they have not been assembled or installed.

Return and replacement of the product after 14 days

You can return or replace the product within 14 days from the date of installation if any manufacturing defect appears that affects the functionality and use of the product or doesn’t meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

In the event that all return criteria are not complied with, we reserve the right not to accept to return of the product.
